1. Service Agreement

By engaging Wood Upholstery Shop for RV restoration services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Wood restoration and repair
• Custom upholstery work
• Interior modifications and upgrades
• Water damage restoration
• Cabinet refinishing
• Hardware and fixture repair

2. Estimates and Pricing

• Free Estimates: We provide free written estimates for all restoration projects
• Pricing Accuracy: Estimates are based on initial assessment and may be adjusted if additional work is discovered
• Price Changes: Any significant changes to the scope of work will be discussed and approved before proceeding
• Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement

3. Project Timeline

• Estimated Completion: Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by material availability, weather, or unforeseen complications
• Delays: We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your schedule
• Scheduling: Projects are scheduled based on availability and deposit receipt

4. Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your RV's condition and history
• Remove personal belongings before service begins
• Ensure RV is accessible for pickup and delivery
• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
• Inspect completed work and report any concerns within 7 days

Wood Upholstery Shop's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial assessment
• Damage to items not removed from the RV before service
• Consequential damages or loss of use
• Damage caused by acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control

7. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your project slot
• Progress Payments: For larger projects, progress payments may be scheduled
• Final Payment: Final payment is due upon completion and your approval
• Late Payments: Late fees may apply to overdue accounts
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

8. Cancellation Policy

• Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your project with 48 hours notice
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered
• Refunds: Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs before work begins
• Partial Completion: Payment for completed work is required even if project is cancelled

9. Insurance and Liability

Wood Upholstery Shop maintains appropriate business insurance coverage. However, we recommend that customers:

• Verify their RV insurance coverage during restoration
• Remove valuable personal items before service begins
• Document the condition of their RV before and after service

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If necessary:

• Disputes will be handled according to Kentucky state law
• Mediation may be pursued before legal action
• Any legal proceedings will take place in Kentucky courts

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future service agreements. Existing projects will be governed by the terms in effect when the service agreement was signed.
